Testimonies:
There are many physical miracles done in our services and through the television ministry and the prayer line and visitations to the hospital. People have been healed from aids, hepatitis, cancer tumors, leukemia, arthritis, fibromyalgia, raised from comos, and so much more. God can and will heal any disease.
These are testimonies of what the Lord has done, is doing and will be continuing in the lives of many people affected by this ministry. To God be the glory.
Nick, a young man who was very lost without God in his life. His mother being in a coma, he was contemplating suicide, trying to drink and use drugs to almost kill himself, trying to cover the pain and despair. He was professionally growing marijuana with indoor gardens, of course very secretively. But Pastor Patrick, by the leading of the Holy Spirit, went downtown Orlando and stood and waited on a street corner, waiting for the Holy Spirit to give him further instruction, when out of thousands of people out drinking and clubbing and partyin', Nick sees Pastor Patrick and they had a few words and Pastor Patrick gave Nick some words of encouragement and told Nick he needed to give his life to Jesus.
The following weekend Pastor Patrick returned to that same street corner and Nick "just happened" to walk by again. Nick shortly after gave his life to Jesus and was totally set free from smoking marijuana, which he used continually, everyday, all day. Completely free from alcohol, free from fornication, and is now walking with Jesus and serving the Lord with his whole heart and is a faithful member at OICC. The Lord has already been using him in healing the sick, winning souls and he ministers weekly at the nursing home to many elderly who are at the end of their life, and almost every one of them in the nursing home are "really saved". What a powerful testimony to God's goodness and power to save from the deepest pit. Now Nick is getting high on the "Most High".
Nick is a surfer and even with his sponsors he not only surfs waves for fun, but is also surfing the wave of the Spirit of God which he has found is the most radical of all surfing. Jesus probably would have said this back then, "Come follow Me and I'll show you how to surf the wave of My Spirit."
Rick is a man who was one night ready to go scuba diving and leave just enough air to go down and then die. He said everyone would think it was an accident. He wanted to die because He had been selling large amounts of marijuana, thousands of pounds. Federal agents were on to him and his operation and he was facing a lot of time in prison. His wife and two children left him because life at home was so difficult.
But the power of God touched him at Nick's house that night, he then came to OICC and brought his family and his wife is now a bright shining light for the kingdom of God and one of his daughters has been so touched by the power of God all of her friends at school are coming under conviction of the Holy Spirit and she really doesn't have to say anything. Just her mere presence is causing their parents to call her parents and say, "We think your daughter is going overboard with this God thing." Wow! You know God has touched a life powerfully when those kind of observations are being made about a 15 year old girl.
Remember the girl, Rachel Scott, who was shot at the Columbine High School Massacre. She wrote in her diary before she was shot and killed, "Now that I have begun to 'walk my talk,' they make fun of me. I don't even know what I've done. I don't really have to say anything, and they turn me away. I have no more personal friends at school. But you know what? I am not going to apologize for speaking in the name of Jesus. I am not going to justify my faith to them, and I am not going to hide the light that God has put into me. If I have to sacrifice everything, I will. I will take it. If my friends have to become my enemies for me to be with my best friend Jesus, then that's fine with me. I always knew that being a Christian I would have enemies, but I never thought that my 'friends' were going to be those enemies." "If I have to give up everything I will.
Rick's daughter is slain by the power of the Holy Spirit in almost every service, and shaking violently on the floor, but the Scripture declares in 1 Peter 4:14 If you are reproached (treated wickedly) for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. This young girl is definitely covered with God's glory.
Jackie is a single mom who came and visited the church here in Orlando on a Sunday morning. She was greatly touched and inspired to come again. She was living in Tampa and for 9 months would travel back and forth from Tampa to Orlando for Sunday and Wednesday service. She had graduated bible college already at a very well-known spirit-filled church in Tampa and when she came to OICC she said after attending several months she felt as if she had been born again all over again. A Christian for 25 years, but the Holy Spirit can change a life and bring a new/first love to any life.
She stepped out in faith and moved to Orlando with her teenage daughter when she didn't have the means to move. But she watched the Lord provide not only for her to move from her apartment to Orlando, not knowing yet where she would work or live, and now she is working a good job and living in a very nice and quite large house on a beautiful lake, driving a new car, and laughing at the devil, while God provides for her and her daughter. She has also received several mighty touches from the Lord to heal her body since she has been attending OICC. To God be the glory!
Mark is a man who has been a solid Christian for over 14 years. Pastor Patrick invited him to come to the church and allow the Holy Spirit to melt his heart and refresh him to fulfill the call of God for his life.
Instantly the Holy Spirit began to melt Mark so much that Pastor Patrick said that when Mark would call him to talk, he sounded like a brand new believer, so excited, so tender, so hungry. Mark said he felt as if he didn't know anything, as if he had just started walking with Jesus again. He is learning how to minister by the leading of the Holy Spirit. To God be the glory! Only God can show someone how to follow and be led of His Spirit.
Valerie is a single mom with two girls under 3 years old. Before the Lord touched her life, she was struggling hard with the issues of life. She had sought help from a psychiatrist, which prescribed her drugs. She then began to abuse the prescription drugs very badly. But one night Jesus came to her, she was saved in a youth service. Then baptized in the ocean, and now is growing and becoming a shining light for heaven. No drugs! She didn't need a head doctor and their only help, "pills". Instead she got Jesus and the "gospel". She no longer suffers from abdominal pains, ulcers, ect from stress, but is filled with joy. And has come to her Maker, who alone can fix her when things go wrong. Even her two girls are praying for people and the Lord touching the people. Remember, God will use "babes" to show His power.
